through your nose. Learn how to use your breath and give yourself more energy, lessen your stress,
generate more brain power, help your focus, and give your body a total breath kiss!
SIMPLE BREATH, HEALTHY
BREATH
1. Sit on a firm chair
2. Make sure your back is straight along the back of the chair
3. Make sure
your feet are flat on the floor
4. Let your hands relax in your lap
5. Inhale through your nose allowing the breath
to fill your stomach
6. Exhale through your nose allowing the breath to empty from your stomach by compressing your
abdominal muscles, pushing the breath out
7. Inhale and exhale rhythmically, without pauses
Doing this simple
breath exercise each morning and evening, or whenver you can, will bring physical, emotional, and intellectual rewards.
